Individuals and gyms can have Sheppard Strength write their programming so they only have to focus on training. Programming for olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, weight loss, muscle gain, mobility, and injury rehab are available.
Pick from Supplemental Programming (2-3 days a week or can be used in addition to your main workouts) and Full Programming (4-6 days a week, stand alone workouts). Gym Programming will be tailored to your gym's strength needs.
