We take that information and create a personalized program for you so you can reach your goals in the most efficient and effective way possible.
You don't have to be a Mississippi area athlete or gym to have access to Sheppard Strength: all you need is an email account, access to a phone or Skype, and an appreciation for well placed funny memes in our communications.

Pick a program best suited for your needs and schedule. All programs are delivered in 4 to 12 week increments (dependent on your cycle length) so you will always know where your training is headed.
